Licensing Ci Fennali's Meeting with liquor licensing tomorrow morning for inspection of the restaurant with a view to licensing enabling us to sell a small selection of beers, wines and spirits to customers. Minor renovations are ongoing with the main entrance getting rendered and new lights put in place, the toilets are to be painted and the lights fixed with additional lighting being put in place outside leading to the toilet block at the back. The front service counter will be moved to the back of the restaurant and made into a bar service area with the current space where the counter is being made free - as yet we are to decide whether this will be made into additional seating for the restaurant, possibly a quick serve area for fish and chips, maybe into a stage for entertainment or into a gelato servery. |

New Menu Launched Next Week! We have just about completed our new Menu and it will be launched next week! Also we will be introducing a locals discount upon release of the menu which Cairns locals will be eligible for upon proof of ID being shown with local address. |

Still testing... Hope this works.... you can start following our blog here. This week we are going to amend our trading hours to 6 nights a week - Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm... the lunch time trade doesn't seem to work as it costs us too much money. Apologies to those who have enjoyed it in the past as we have but ultimately we need to run a business and can't lose money... paying more most days in daycare fee's than takings before we even look at costs to open!
Anyway have just secured a new deal with Tegan Koster - our highly talented local vocalist - to perform every Friday night so please come and visit. Tegan plays voluntarily for personal pleasure but if you enjoy the music please tip here as we are sooooo lucky to have her perform presently!
Blake Price is hopefully going to join our team for this season's madness, and so too is Jennifer (who's surname a don't remember) who is a vastly experienced floor operator as well as being a qualified teacher. She is looking to moving into private tutoring and work casual/part-time with us so we are looking forward to teaming up with her.
